As the Commissioner for the NewSouth Softball League in Birmingham, Eric passionately shares his love for the sport, drawing on his 15 years of experience and four World Series appearances. In his cherished moments of downtime, he finds joy in the company of his husband, Anthoney, and their three beloved dogs, embracing the beauty of life together.

Cole is a highly dedicated property management professional with over four years of experience since starting his career in 2019. As an Alabama native and a proud dog and cat dad, he embraces life with enthusiasm. An avid outdoorsman, Cole thrives on hiking and fishing adventures. He enjoys discovering hidden gems at antique stores and estate sales, exploring local breweries, and spending valuable time with friends and family. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, Cole actively fosters a vibrant and positive community for both residents and property owners.

Grant has built a successful career in property management, excelling in leasing and marketing. Over the past three years, he has effectively managed a diverse portfolio, ranging from small assets to large high-rises, rehabilitated properties, and garden-style communities. His exceptional skills in leasing and resident retention set him apart in the industry. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Education, Grant also takes his passion for sports seriously. As an avid softball player, he travels across the United States to compete in tournaments, the World Series, and other prestigious events, demonstrating his commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

Jim is a seasoned professional with a diverse career that spans various industries, with a strong emphasis on education. He is dedicated to driving growth and development in both individuals and organizations. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jim is a passionate softball player and proudly serves as the treasurer of NewSouth Softball league in Birmingham. He prioritizes quality time with friends and family, expertly balancing his professional life with his personal interests.

William is a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor with over 20 years of extensive experience in the property management industry. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including expense reduction strategies, property rehabilitation, and the management of both mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings. William's exceptional ability to adapt to changing circumstances and tackle challenges on the go significantly enhances his value to the team, enabling seamless operations and efficient problem-solving. Outside of work, William has a passion for the great outdoors. He enjoys hunting, and woodworking. He and his wife, Christy, share a love for outdoor activities, where they cherish the quality time they create, celebrating the joys and rewards of their marriage and life shared.

David’s journey in property management began over 18 years ago, and it has been nothing short of remarkable. He has navigated a diverse array of roles, progressing from service technician to service manager, and every step of the way has enriched his expertise. David’s knowledge encompasses a wide range of properties, from charming garden-style communities to impressive high-rise buildings. Known for his exceptional communication skills, he is well-respected by residents for his in-depth understanding of operations and tenant retention. Outside of work, David cherishes his time spent with family, friends, and his beloved dog, embracing every moment life has to offer.

Zach has devoted the last eight years of his life to honing his expertise in property management and maintenance. Driven by an insatiable desire for excellence, Zach continually seeks to elevate both his professional and personal life. One of his most cherished accomplishments was marrying his beloved Hope in 2021. Together, they are passionate adventurers who relish every moment spent exploring the great outdoors.

Introducing Alan, our newest maintenance technician, who kicked off his career in 2024 with Magic City Living. Over the past year, Alan has passionately honed his skills and embraced the intricacies of property maintenance. His impressive journey began in the military, where he courageously served our country and fought for the freedoms we cherish. Beyond his professional pursuits, Alan is an avid sports enthusiast, traveling across the nation to compete in softball. His dedication to the game is evident, having participated in two prestigious Softball World Series, where he earned MVP honors for his outstanding performance both on and off the field. Alan's commitment and spirit make him a remarkable addition to our team!
